WALTER MARUCCI
President

As a founder of Santa Fe Group, Walter has over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industry.  He also is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Broker with the state of California.  In addition to real estate, Walter has an extensive financial background serving as a business and systems consultant for over 10 years, and also managed a film production company for four years on the Paramount Studios lot.  He combines his business acumen, versatile skills and experience to engage in land acquisition, land development, site development, home construction and marketing and sales. 



MICHAEL HERNANDEZ
General Contracting & Engineering

As a key partner of Santa Fe Group, Michael is Vice-President of Pena Grading & Demolition Inc., Orestes Pena Trucking Inc. and AMH Recycling LLC in Los Angeles, engaged in large commercial projects offering demolition, excavation, grading and recycling services to national and regional builders and contractors, including Crane Development, Greystar, Whiting Turner, WE Oneil, IMT Residential, SL Residential, Caruso Properties, Onni Contracting California and many more.  He also holds a General (B) Contractor license with the Contractors State License Board.




WANDERLEY ("Tony") XAVIER
General Engineering & Project Manager

Tony has over 20 years experience in estimating earthwork and underground, and building construction.   He serves as lead Project Manager for multi-million dollar general engineering projects and residential construction projects, and has been involved in large projects including West Edge at Olympic and Bundy (West L.A.), high-rise residences at 825 South Hope (Downtown L.A.), The Oaks Mall at Thousand Oaks, Van Nuys Airport, and Del Amo Fashion Center and The Grove at Farmers Market.  He also holds a General (A) Engineering license with the Contractors State License Board.




FELIPE BAEZA
Construction Superintendent

Felipe Baeza has extensive experience in the building industry going back over 30 years as construction superintendent for large multi-family commercial housing projects.  He has served in this capacity for Santa Fe Group and for large residential builders such as Mill Creek Residential, White Residential and Carmel Partners.
