Santa Fe Group is a private real estate development company operating in Southern California since 1997 dedicated to the design and construction of affordable residential in-fill projects targeted to first-time home buyers in metropolitan areas.  Together with its affiliates the company maintains construction and engineering licenses, a brokers license, and engage in land acquisition, land development, site development, home construction and marketing and sales.

Santa Fe Group was founded by Walter Marucci and Carlos Mesa who had a vision of providing new homes for average families with unmatched customer service.  Over the next two decades, Santa Fe Group successfully developed several housing tracts.  Carlos has since passed; and now Walter continues the legacy and prides himself on knowing his customers personnally and building lasting relationships, unlike the large production builders of today, and why our motto has never changed...
